Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has entered his third season with the Citizens and fears are growing about his stay at the club.

Guardiola started his senior managerial career with Barcelona and after winning everything with the Catalans, Pep Guardiola moved to Bayern Munich.

And if one looks at the managerial trend for the Spaniard then Pep Guardiola will surely leave Manchester City one he has won the Champions League with the reigning Premier League champions.

But will the former Barcelona manager go on to manage another Premier League club?

Talking about the prospect of managing another English club, Pep Guardiola said:

“The people love you – if your t-shirt is blue, you are mine. They help you to love where you are,” he explained.

“I’m sorry, I will be a Mancunian for the rest of my life. I will be a Manchester City fan. It will not be possible to train another team in England like Manchester City.

“I feel the love from the people here. I like to do it better, to make a better club so they can believe that we are strong enough to do better things.

“In the end, all human beings want to be protected and supported in the bad moments.”

Pep Guardiola’s first season with Man City was not very successful and many pundits believed the Spaniard will not be able to succeed in England.

Currently, though, Manchester City are the best team in the Premier League – in terms of creativity and overall play.

But there will come a time that Pep Guardiola will vacate his chair at Manchester City and move on to greener pastures.

But where will he go?

Will he move to manage a national team – something that he has dreamed of doing for some time?
