Jurgen Klopp helped Liverpool win the Champions League last season but recently there have been fears that the German will not stay at the club for too long.
The Liverpool boss’ current deal expires in 2022 and some rumours claim that he is eager to move back to Germany before his deal at Anfield expires.
This has obviously sent the Liverpool fans as well as the management in panic with some rumours claiming that the Merseyside outfit are already looking to bind Jurgen Klopp down to a new contract.
Now though it seems like there is no reason to strike the alarm bells since Jurgen Klopp has himself come out to claim that he has no intentions of leaving Liverpool before his contract expires.
Klopp said: “Yes, I will not leave before the contract is ending. That is my side.
“That is why a contract is important. We have enough time to make decisions in that department.
“There is no need to do it now. Three years is really a bit early to be concerned.
“Everything is fine. The owners like what I do; I like what the owners are doing. I love the team, they are brilliant; Melwood is sensational.
“I don’t want ever to be in a situation where people are annoyed that I am still here. That’s the truth.
“At the moment, it is 100 per cent and we will see how long that will be.
“Whatever discussions came up – a few headlines that I saw, not a lot, that I will finish for sure in three years, that I will sign a contract and all that stuff. I have three years.
“It is all good, all good. The age group of the boys is good; my age is good for what I have to do.
“There is nothing to talk about. It’s strange that we talk about it three years before.”
While Jurgen Klopp has assured that he will stay at Liverpool until his contract expires but there are still some doubts whether he will put pen to paper on a new deal.
Some have claimed that he wants to head back to Germany once his deal with the Reds ends while others have hinted that Jurgen Klopp could also take a break from management.
