Marcus Rashford has 18 months left on his current contract at Manchester United and as per Football Insider, Arsenal are keeping a close eye on his contract situation.
Rashford has revived himself under Erik ten Hag and this season, he has been in peak form for Man United. Last season, he netted only four league goals but this time around, he’s already scored 12 goals in just 23 matches. He also scored four goals in five Europa League appearances this campaign.
Rashford’s great form has been attracting a lot of interest in the previous few months and it looks like Arsenal have been the latest entrant in his list of admirers. During the January window, he was also linked with Real Madrid.
Arsenal have a great chance of winning the Premier League and if they do, the club will surely try and make some big-money signings in the summer but there’s no way Manchester United will allow Marcus Rashford to leave, let alone allow him to join the Gunners.
Ten Hag has worked really hard to revive the England international’s form as well as confidence which is why he won’t let all those efforts go down the drain.
It’s almost inevitable that the United management are going to sit down with Marcus Rashford and offer him a new contract and there’s very little chance he is going to reject it.
The forward looks really happy under his new manager which is why he won’t think of leaving any time soon. With the form that he is in, it’s natural that he is being linked with so many big clubs but Arsenal won’t even come close to signing him.
