Arsenal have drawn their last two Premier League games and next up they travel to the King Power Stadium in order to take on Leicester City.

The Gunners might have made a fine start to their new campaign but all that initial thrust seems to have fizzled out as they have managed only a single win in their last five league matches.

Leicester, on the other hand, have been in fine form under the guidance of Brendan Rodgers and right now the Foxes are third on the league table right behind Liverpool and Man City.

The home side have tasted defeat just once in their last five league matches and since they will be playing at home most pundits expect them to pick up all three points vs Arsenal on Saturday.

Arsenal news vs Leicester City:

Dani Ceballos was forced off in the first half of the Gunners’ Europa League meeting with Vitoria de Guimaraes with a hamstring complaint meaning he remains a doubt for the clash vs the Foxes.

In case the loanee cannot be fit in time then it will be youngster Joe Willock who will play in the attacking midfielder’s role right behind the striker.

Sokratis and David Luiz will play in central defence while youngster Kieran Tierney is expected to play at left-back.

Hector Bellerin though should remain on the bench as the manager is still preferring to use Callum Chambers at right-back for the Premier League games.

With Granit Xhaka frozen out of the squad, it will be Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi who will play in central midfield.

Nicolas Pepe played during the 1-1 draw vs Vitoria in midweek and the summer signing is once again expected to line up on the right flank at the King Power Stadium.

Saka and Martinelli played in the Europa League clash but the youngsters will most certainly make way for Lacazette and Aubameyang as the Gabon international plays on the left-wing while the Frenchman is deployed upfront.

This might be the last chance for Unai Emery to redeem himself since a draw or a loss in this match might very well lead to his sacking especially since after this match, teams go into an international break meaning the Gunners management will have plenty of time to find a replacement.

Arsenal’s predicted line-up vs Leicester:

Starting XI: Leno; Chambers, Sokratis, Luiz, Tierney; Guendouzi, Torreira, Willock/ Dani Ceballos; Aubameyang, Lacazette, Pepe.
