Nicolas Pepe to replace Aubameyang Arsenal EPL
Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan Arsenal news

Arsenal were crushed 5-0 by Manchester City before the international break meaning the Gunners are now sitting at the bottom of the Premier League table.

This is the lowest Arsenal can go and the only way from here is upwards. Next up, they face Norwich City and Mikel Arteta will be eyeing nothing but all three points.

The manager will be without some key players for this game as well but he is also going to see the return of a few others which is a great boost for his tactics and his selection.

Arsenal have conceded nine goals in their first three matches and they are yet to find the back of the next in the league this campaign. But thankfully Norwich are also riding on the same boat as they sit 19th on the table, losing all three of their games. The North London should be able to see this one through but they lost their opening weekend’s game to Brentford, so anything’s possible with this Arsenal side.

Arsenal team news vs Norwich City:

The manager used a three-man central defence against Manchester City but he’s going to revert to a two-man line now that both Ben White and Gabriel are back to full fitness.

The club have confirmed that the two defenders are fully fit and available for selection this weekend.

Arsenal’s team news said: “Gabriel is now back in full training and available for selection. Ben is now back in full training and available for selection.”

Granit Xhaka has COVID and is also suspended so Thomas Partey is going to come back into central midfield alongside Lokonga. Partey was out injured but now he is back to training and will feature in the starting line up.

Mohamed Elneny is on the sidelines with a hamstring injury and is expected to be out for two or three weeks.

Pepe was out with illness so we will have to see if he is ready to start or not. But Mikel Arteta will not be too worried about this since Bukayo Saka is a viable option down the right-hand side.

Takehiro Tomiyasu is not likely to feature against Norwich City since his work permit was delayed.

The Arsenal boss said on Thursday: “We need the work permit first. The club is trying hard to achieve that in the next couple of hours. I will meet him for the first time today, probably, and train with him.”

Lacazette came off the bench against Manchester City but a change in formation means he is likely to start on Saturday.

Arsenal predicted line up vs Norwich City:
