Arsenal beat Man United in the Premier League last weekend and then they beat Leeds 1-0 in the 3rd Round of the FA Cup and now they will hit the road to take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park n the Premier League.

The Gunners have gone through a really tough couple of months but now it looks like things are finally beginning to settle down under the guidance of Mikel Arteta.

While the North London side aren’t back to their flying best but their performance against Manchester United was proof that the team was heading in the right direction.

The manager did name a really strong side vs Leeds United but we feel that he might be tempted to use the same first XI which he did against Manchester United last weekend.

Arsenal team news vs Palace:

Calum Chambers has been ruled out for a couple of months with an injury and vs Leeds, it was Rob Holding who partnered David Luiz in central defence.

But at Selhurst Park, Sokratis should return to his usual in order to replace Holding in the backline after having played as the right-back.

Hector Bellerin is still recovering from a thigh injury and there are hopes that the right-back should be fit in time to make the trip. If not then it will be Maitland-Niles who will play on the right-hand side.

Sead Kolasinac played at left-back in the FA Cup tie and with Keiran Tierney out for pretty much the rest of the season, the Bosnian should once again reprise his role in the defensive line vs Palace.

Matteo Guendouzi and Granit Xhaka played in central defence against the Championship side but we could very well see Lucas Torreira come into the side to partner the Swiss international.

Mesut Ozil has been a regular feature under new Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta and the German has once again started showing glimpses of brilliance which is why he will be one of the first names on the teamsheet this weekend.

Nicolas Pepe and Reiss Nelson both started in the FA Cup tie but Neilson should drop back to the bench on Saturday in order to make way for Aubameyang while Lacazette starts up front.
