Evan Ferguson wanted by Man United and Chelsea Brighton and Hove Albion
Brighton and Hove Albion

Everton have made a pretty solid start to their Premier League campaign under their new manager – picking up four points from their first two matches.

And next up, they take on Brighton and Hove Albion away from home and this could be the real litmus test for Rafa Benitez since the Seagulls have won both their games so far.

Brighton are currently unbeaten in six home matches in the league so it will be a real task for the Goodison Park to break them down. Historically though, the Toffees have the slight upper hand as they have managed to win two out of their previous three encounters against Graham Potters’ side.

Everton will be even more buoyant since Rafa has only two major injury headaches whereas Potter could be without as many as six first-team players.
