Arsenal head to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United but Mikel Arteta might have to name his first XI without Bukayo Saka.
Saka picked up a knock during Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Newcastle United which is why he had to be taken off the pitch in the 64th minute. And speaking after the match, the Arsenal boss had revealed that the youngster might have picked up a muscular injury.
“It was an action where he said he felt something muscular and he wasn’t comfortable to continue,” Arteta said. “We’ll have to assess him tomorrow (Sunday) and probably scan him and see if there’s any injury there.

Bukayo Saka set to miss the Man United vs Arsenal?
Arsenal are sweating over the fitness of Bukayo Saka but as per The Daily Mail the forward’s injury is not too serious. His withdrawal was primarily a precaution.
According to @AdrianJKajumba, #Arsenal are hopeful that Bukayo Saka has avoided a significant injury after he was forced off against Newcastle. https://t.co/H8jYjCkpvH

As things stand, he will not be risked for the Man United vs Arsenal game on Thursday but the 20-year-old should not be out for a significant amount of time either.
The busy schedule has just started so Mikel Arteta will not name him in the matchday squad unless the 20-year-old is absolutely fit(which is not likely).
Gabriel Martinelli replaced Bukayo Saka in the Newcastle United game and he will play on the right-wing if the England international misses out. The Arsenal manager also has the option of Nicolas Pepe but we doubt if the 26-year-old will get a start.
