Bukayo Saka is one of the biggest stars to come out of the Arsenal academy in recent years and after Liverpool, Manchester City have now earmarked the youngster as a possible target.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is a massive fan of Saka and the Anfield outfit is ready to pounce as soon the winger drops a hint of discontentment at the Emirates Stadium.

Bukayo Saka played his first senior game for Arsenal in 2018 and since then he’s made 131 appearances for the club, scoring 23 goals. Apart from the goals, the 20-year-old has become one of the most promising and respected young wingers in the Premier League and now there are growing fears that he is getting too big for a club like Arsenal.

If Liverpool’s interest in him was not bad enough, then as per Mail Sport, Manchester City have also joined the race to sign Bukayo Saka.

Will Liverpool or Man City make a move for Bukayo Saka this summer?

The interest from two of the biggest clubs in England is surely flattering for the youngster but neither of them is likely to make a move this summer.

His contract with Arsenal expires in 2024 so next year will be the ideal time to try and bid for him.

Also, Bukayo Saka is just 20 years old at the moment so Man City and Liverpool can afford to wait another 12 months and in that time, he will be able to get more experience under his belt.

Will Arsenal be able to hold onto Bukayo Saka?

Arsenal have narrowly missed out on Champions League football but anyhow they will need to get back into the top-four next season if they wish to hold onto star players like Bukayo Saka.

At Liverpool or Man City, Saka will be competing for every trophy available so at least, Arsenal need to take him into the top-tier of European football.

Also, Arsenal will have to get the ball rolling in terms of making him sign a new deal because he only has two years left on his current contract. He’s shown no signs of discontent yet but if things don’t start getting better for Arsenal then Bukayo Saka could very well look to secure a move to Manchester City or Liverpool.
