The Chelsea team is a complete mess right now as they have managed to win just one out of their last six Premier League games and things are not going to get any easier because this weekend they face Spurs in North London.

The Blues are currently 10th on the league table with just 31 points and with each passing game, it looks like they are not going to make it to the top four. On paper, they still have a chance because they are 11 points off the fourth spot but Graham Potter’s men just cannot seem to find any form and even the last-placed team in the league is picking up points against them.

Chelsea do have a good record against Tottenham are they are unbeaten in their last 8 meetings but there’s a big chance that this statistic is going to change on Sunday. Spurs are not in the best of forms right now but Conte’s men have enough firepower to humiliate Chelsea and pick up a win.

The fans are losing patience with Graham Potter so no matter what, the manager has to draw out a top-draw performance from his players this weekend. Anything other than a win could force Todd Boehly to look for a new manager.

Chelsea’s team news and injury updates:

The injury list is getting shorter with each passing week but the manager still has some very important players missing. Players like Kante, Pulisic and Edouard Mendy are all going to miss out.

Cesar Azpilicueta has recovered very well but he is going to be absent due to concussion protocol.

Thiago Silva was rested against Southampton but he is going to come back into the line up meaning Koulibaly will have to move back to the bench.

Ben Chilwell was really poor vs the Saints and now the England international is at risk of his losing his place in the team.

Joao Felix has added a new dimension to Chelsea’s attack since joining them in January but the other forwards will have to support him. In the last game, Mason Mount was used on the left wing instead of Mudryk but against Spurs, we are more than certain that Mount will be put on the bench.

Sterling played the second half in that 1-0 loss and he will remain a substitute at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as well.

Kai Havertz is also going to come back into the starting XI after starting on the bench against Southampton. Aubameyang is still a part of the Chelsea squad but it looks like Graham Potter has no plans of using him. Some pundits think when the team is struggling to score, maybe Potter should think of rethinking this particular decision.

The Chelsea manager has to pull the rabbit out of the hat on Sunday or else the Blues will have to prepare themselves for the Europa League next season.
