Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic has really found it hard to get continuous game time at the club this season and there have been rumours that he could be on his way out.

Under new manager Thomas Tuchel, the American has fallen down the pecking order and almost all his appearances in the past few weeks have come off the bench. Some reports have claimed that Christian Pulisic is not happy with the treatment and could consider leaving in the summer with clubs like Manchester United & Liverpool interested in signing him up.

But according to transfer experts Fabrizio Romano, the 22-year-old has acknowledged the lack of playing time but is ready to fight for his place at the club.

“Christian Pulisic has always been respectful with Chelsea – great professional,” Romano tweeted.

“There’s interest from top clubs in case he’ll leave, normal for this kind of talent. But Pulisic is still fighting for Chelsea… and nothing will be decided before June.”

Will Christian Pulisic leave Chelsea?

Christian Pulisic played in 19 Premier League games this season and 66% of those have come off the bench. So it’s quite clear that his exit rumours have some degree of truth to them.

But Romano is one of the most trusted experts out there and if he says that the American is not planning to leave right now then we have to believe him.

It will also be interesting to see if Pulisic’s position gets any better during the remainder of the season – something which could eventually decide his fate at Chelsea. The Blues will not be too keen to sell a player who still has three years left on his current deal but if he’s useless to Tuchel then Chelsea should be cashing in on him sooner than later.

But will the London side agree to sell him to a direct rival like Man United or Liverpool?
