According to reports, Pep Guardiola has given the green signal to Wilfried Bony’s transfer.

Guardiola was highly unimpressed with Bony’s performance in last season’s tour and decided to loan him off. But his year-long loan with Stoke City hasn’t helped his cause either. The Ivorian has managed just 11 appearances for Stoke in the whole year. And managed to score twice in those 11 games.

Guardiola has decided to offload the striker and is willing to accept any bids that come his way. And as per the report, the 28-year-old could play in Turkey this following season. It is believed that both Fenerbahce and Besiktas are lining up bids for the player.

In a recent interview though Bony had expressed his desire to stay in England. He had told Skysports that he wishes to return back to City in order to fight for his place. But now with this current report, it looks as if Bony’s career in Manchester is well and truly over.
