Chelsea manager Antonio Conte can be a really tough person – both to satisfy and to understand.

While talking to the press, Antonio Conte has made a statement which has us scratching our foreheads ever since.

When the Italian manager was asked that who he thinks will win the battle of Manchester, he came up with a very odd answer.

At one point he revealed that since City have just suffered their first defeat of the season at the hands of Shakhtar Donetsk in midweek there is no chance that they will lose two games in a row – especially with the kind of form that they are in. And then he went on to claim that Manchester United will beat Manchester City.

Conte said, “It’s very difficult to see two defeats in a row for a great team,

“At the same time, Manchester United can beat Manchester City.”

We guess what he meant to say that theoretically, he does not see Pep Guardiola’s men lose two games in a row but in reality, Manchester United are the team that can achieve it.

Or is it the other way round?
