Already some of the top clubs in the Premier League want to sign midfielder Declan Rice and as per journalist Dean Jones, Liverpool could also join this bandwagon in the next transfer window.

The Hammers midfielder is expected to leave the club at the end of this season and as per Jones, Jurgen Klopp could ask his board to try and sign the England international.

The journalist told GIVEMESPORT: “Liverpool might get involved in that conversation if he’s actually on the market because you can’t let those three [Chelsea, United and City] be in a conversation that you’re not in if you’re looking to be part of that dominant force over the next five years.”

Which clubs are already interested in signing Declan Rice?

The midfielder is currently one of the best players in his position in the whole of Europe and as per the rumours, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all interested in signing him during the summer. United and Chelsea had tried to sign him last year as well and during the course of this campaign, Man City have also been keeping tabs on the 23-year-old.

If Jones is correct then Liverpool will also jump into this transfer race making this perhaps one of the most talked-about transfers during the summer after the Kylian Mbappe one.

Declan Rice’s current deal does not expire any time soon so the Hammers can play proper hardball during the upcoming transfer window which means all the interested clubs will have to pay an astronomical fee if they wish to bring the midfielder on board.

Currently, Chelsea are the favourites to sign him since he was part of their youth system but with sides like United, City and now Liverpool seemingly keen to bring him onboard, Rice could readily disregard aside his emotions.

Will West Ham United try and hold onto Declan Rice for one more season?

Declan Rice was tipped to leave last summer but he chose to stay back because West Ham United are playing in the Europa League this season but there’s no way he will remain at the London Stadium for one more campaign.

With some of the top European clubs interested in signing him, West Ham United are also ready to cash in the midfielder if one of the sides is ready to pay around £100m.

£100m might look like a very steep transfer fee but it’s more than justifiable for a player of Declan Rice’s class. He’s been single-handedly orchestrating the West Ham midfield this season and in the 23 Premier League games he’s played so far, he has a rating of 7.58 out of 10.
