Mali held Egypt to a goalless draw in the second match of  Group D  in African Cup of Nations. But the limelight beloved to Pharaoh’s goalkeeper El Hadary as he became the oldest player to play in the African Cup of Nations.

He came off the bench to replace injured goalkeeper Ahmed El Shenawy in the 23rd minute. And in doing so Hadary became the oldest player at the age of 44 years and 2 days.

Mali were the stronger side in the first half, while the second half largely belonged to Eygpt. The game saw no real big chances and it ended goalless. Mali and Eygpt split points as Ghana lead group D after having defeated Uganda.
