England vs Albania is going to be the first match that Gareth Southgate’s side play during the international break and they will be looking to pick up an easy win.

The Three Lions need to avoid defeat in this game to qualify for the 2022 World Cup so the manager is expected to put out a full-strength side and not leave everything to the San Marino game.

England are sitting at the top of Group I while Albania are five points behind them on the third spot. The Wembley side though have stumbled in recent times, drawing two out of their previous three matches.

We take a look at all the details of the England vs Albania game.

Kick-off time and venue:

The game will be played at the Wembley Stadium on November 12, 2021, and it kicks off at 7.45 pm GMT.

Where to watch England vs Albania:

The match will be shown live on ITV and it will also be available on live stream on the ITV Hub app.

Teams news:

The following players are ruled out for England:

Luke Shaw – Concussion protocol.

Mason Mount – Dental surgery.

James Ward-Prowse – Illness.

Marcus Rashford – Fitness issue.

Odds:

England to win: 2/15

Draw: 9/1

Albania to win: 30/1

Prediction:

England 2-0

The manager does have a few injury concerns to deal with and given how good Albania have been playing in recent matches, this Friday’s game should be an intense affair. But given the quality that Gareth Southgate has at his disposal, his side should see this one through without any major hiccups.
