West Ham United have been joined by EPL rivals Fulham and Crystal Palace in the race to sign Reims forward man Boulaye Dia, according to Le10Sport.

Recent reports had suggested that the Hammers were holding talks with the French club over the signing of Boulaye Dia and they were confident of wrapping up the deal without any major issues.

Now according to Le10Sport, the other two EPL sides are expected to create major roadblocks for David Moyes’ side.

The exclusive report claims: “Boulaye Dia, the goalscorer for Reims, arouses interest in the Premier League. Crystal Palace and Fulham have just entered the race.

“According to our information, Crystal Palace and Fulham have recently made contact for Boulaye Dia, expressing their interest and obtaining information on the terms of the deal. As it stands, no official proposal has been made but both clubs are positioned.

“They are likely to move forward in concrete terms by the end of the winter transfer window. In Russia, Krasnodar has also declared itself.”

Boulaye Dia joined Reims in 2018 and this season he has been in stellar form for the Ligue 1 side, scoring 12 goals in 18 league matches so far. And it seems like the EPL is going to be his next destination.

West Ham United were hoping to pull off this transfer without grabbing any major eyeballs but it looks like David Moyes now has a fight on his hands.

According to the reports, Reims want around £15million for the sale of the 24-year-old which all the three EPL clubs are more than capable of paying.

Now it will be interesting to see which side moves the swiftest and which club does Boulaye Dia choose as his next possible destination.
