Chelsea look all set to miss out on Erling Haaland after Mino Raiola’s meeting with his current club Borussia Dortmund, as per The Express.
The report claims: “Chelsea’s hopes of signing Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland have taken a huge blow after it emerged Mino Raiola had held positive talks with the German club.”
Dortmund’s head of first-team football Sebastian Kehl has once again come out to clear the air about Erling Haaland moving out, stating that they do not have any intentions to cash in on him this summer.
Kehl told Bild, as quoted: “Will Haaland stay this summer? Yes. In the discussions with Raiola for Malen, I did not have the feeling we have to meet again about Haaland.
“We don’t want to give him up.”
Erling Haaland to remain at Dortmund?
Borussia Dortmund have put a crazy price tag on Erling Haaland just so the suitors stay at a distance but Chelsea are even ready to match that amount.
As per the rumours, the Blues are ready to shell out as much as €175 million to get their hands on the Norwegian sensation and this news has even shocked Haaland himself.

“Before yesterday I haven’t talked to my agent in a month… you’ve got to tell me,” Haaland said to Sky Sport.
“But I hope they are just rumours, as €175 million would be a lot of money for one person.”
The Premier League side are trying really hard to sign Erling Haaland but BVB have no intentions of letting him leave during the ongoing transfer window, more so after losing Jadon Sancho to Manchester United.
And it seems like Mino Raiola has also come to terms with this as well.
Raiola is the one who usually pulls all the strings and if he has assured Dortmund that Erling Haaland will remain at the club then there’s a very slim chance that Chelsea will be able to get their hands on the 21-year-old this time around.
