Manchester City have already registered an interest in Harry Kane and according to journalist Ian McGarry, the forward has already agreed on personal times with the Etihad outfit.
Speaking on the Transfer Window Podcast, McGarry said, as quoted: “Harry Kane obviously remains an ongoing project.
“But it is our information at the Transfer Window podcast that Kane has effectively agreed personal terms with City and his representatives, and that they are simply waiting on Daniel Levy to agree the fee.
“And of course Spurs themselves are investing quite aggressively in new players as well, which kind of suggests that they know already that Kane will be leaving and they’re effectively strengthening their squad on the basis of the money coming in.”
Will Man City get their hands on Harry Kane?
Harry Kane has time and again hinted that he wishes to leave Spurs this summer and his latest one came last week when he did not return to pre-season training.
Kane did clear the air that he did not revolt against the club but if this latest update is true then the forward clearly has his heart set on a move to Manchester City.
Man City are the favourites to land the forward but Spurs are reluctant to let him leave during the ongoing transfer window.

City have already seen a £100 million bid being rejected by the Lilywhites but Guardiola’s recent comments have suggested that the Etihad outfit are not yet giving up.
Harry Kane is currently valued at £108 million but since his current deal expires in 2024, City might have to spend around £150 million to be able to convince Daniel Levy on a sale.
The 28-year-old hasn’t clearly stated his intentions just yet but since he’s already agreed on personal terms, there’s every chance he could hand in a transfer request really soon.
