Manchester United have been trying to sign Harry Maguire from Leicester City for a world record fee but they are finding it increasingly difficult to get their hands on the player.

Solskjaer has made it pretty clear that he wants the centre-back at Man United before the start of the new season and the management are trying really hard to bring him on board.

But if reports are to be believed then it is Leicester City who are taking time to decide whether they want to part ways with Harry Maguire or not.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Man United are clearly eager to sign the England international and are now waiting on confirmation from the Foxes.

He wrote on Twitter: Man United will have new contacts soon with Leicester for Harry Maguire. Ed Woodward is working on this deal and strongly wants to sign the CB who Solskjaer asked.

“Talks ongoing, the player is pushing but Leicester have to decide soon.”

And it looks like the wait is making Harry Maguire frustrated.

The defender clearly wants to make the move to Man United and he has now urged his current club to speed up the process so that he can join Ole’s squad as early as possible.

Now it finally looks like the defender could be on his way to Man United if his agent’s movements are anything to go by.

As per Fox Sports, Steven Beck who is the agent of Harry Maguire was at Carrington recently(as per his social media activity) which means that the transfer should be wrapped up pretty soon.

All these reports clearly indicate that Harry Maguire is set to become a Manchester United pretty soon.
