Arsenal take on Tottenham Hotspur in the North London Derby this weekend and with a win, the Gunners have the opportunity to break into the top four of the league table.

After an initial hiccup, Unai Emery’s side have picked up great pace but Spurs too have made their best ever start to a Premier League campaign.

The Gunners are currently fifth on the table and a win would mean the London outfit will be able to match the Lilywhites on points.

Arsenal though go into this match as the underdogs despite being in such great form and Spurs midfielder Harry Winks feels this game could not have come at a better time for them.

Arsenal have failed to beat Spurs during the past three derbies and the Lilywhites come into this match at the back of some fine results vs Chelsea and Inter Milan.

“It is going to be another difficult game, so we have to get right and physically prepared for it because it is going to be another battle,” Harry Winks said.

“It is a game the fans want to win and one that we want to win. Three games in a week is going to be tough, but confidence is high.

“Of course they are beatable. The form we are in right now, it is probably the perfect time to go there.

“It is going to be a good game.”

Arsenal have made great progress under their new manager but they still remain vulnerable to swift counter-attacks, a trait that Spurs have in abundance.

It will be interesting to see whether Unai Emery sets up his team with an attacking mindset given they are playing at home or does the former PSG man shows Tottenham Hotspur the respect they deserve.
