Spurs got back to winning ways last weekend courtesy of a 4-0 win over Sheffield United and those three points mean the Lilywhites remain in the hunt for a European spot next season.

The North London side are sitting sixth on the Premier League table and a win against Leeds United this weekend could ensure at least a Europa League spot for the upcoming campaign.

Ryan Mason is under no pressure to deliver any significant result this season so the interim manager will just let his players loose and let them do their thing this weekend at Elland Road.

Spurs have won two of their previous three league matches but Leeds United are more than an average opponent despite their 2-0 loss to Brighton last weekend. Bielsa’s side have picked up points against teams like Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United and if Tottenham are not careful then they could be the next on that list.

Tottenham team news vs Leeds United:

Ryan Mason is not expected to make too many changes to the side which featured against Sheffield United meaning Eric Dier and Alderweireld will pair up in central defence with Aurier and Reguilon playing as the two full-backs.

Ben Davies is on the sidelines with an injury and the full-back is not expected to be fit for the Leeds United game on Saturday.

Lo Celso played in central midfield against Sheffield United but the Argentine was at the end of a bad tackle following which there were rumours that the player might not be fit enough to play against Leeds United.

But the 25-year-old seems to be absolutely up for it as he has taken part in first-team training this week.

Dele Alli returned to a Premier League starting line-up after ages for Spurs and the England international will be hoping to get another start in that No 10 role.

Gareth Bale is being preferred to Lucas Moura down that right flank and Ryan Mason will look to keep it that way against Leeds as well, especially since he scored a hat-trick against the Blades.

Son scored one and assisted another at the weekend and he will operate on the left-hand side with Harry Kane playing down the middle.

How Spurs are expected to line up:

Predicted Line-up: Hugo Lloris; Reguilon. Alderweireld, Eric Dier, Aurier; Hojbjerg, Giovanni Lo Celso, Dele Alli; Son, Harry Kane, Gareth Bale.
