Spurs looked well on course to enter the top-four of the Premier League after beating Manchester City last weekend but they shockingly collapsed against Burnley in midweek.

Tottenham were supposed to pick up an easy win against Burnley but in the end, they suffered a rather humiliating 1-0 loss. And immediately after this game, Antonio Conte came out to fire shots at the Spurs board.

Next up, Spurs take on Leeds United in an away game and there’s every chance they could stumble at Elland Road as well, thereby making things even more complicated for Daniel Levy.

Leeds go into this game at the back of a 6-0 thrashing at the hands of Liverpool but Bielsa’s side play a very attacking brand of football so they can very easily turn things around on Saturday.

Tottenham still have a few more games in hand as compared to the other top-four contenders but after losing to Burnley, they are now seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester United. They need to win at Elland Road or it will be really difficult for them to secure a Champions League spot next season.

Conte’s meltdown during the middle of the season has come as a shock to many but the manager will surely give it all until the end of the season. It’s very hard to predict how Leeds will perform on any given day but they go into this weekend’s game at the back of three consecutive Premier League losses so Spurs should be able to pick up three points on Saturday.

Spurs team news against Leeds United:

The lack of new arrivals is one of the major complaints from Antonio Conte right now and despite a couple of arrivals in January, the Spurs boss has very limited options.

Any manager would want to rotate his side after such a shocking defeat but Conte does not have the luxury to do that on Saturday.

The back-three will remain the same and Reguilon is likely to come into the side, replacing Sessegnon as the left wing-back.

January arrival Rodrigo Bentancur picked up a muscle injury in the Burnley game and as per the latest reports, he could be sidelined for three weeks. This is a major blow for the Spurs boss since Oliver Skipp is also unavailable with an injury.

The absence of these two midfielders means Hojbjerg and Harry Winks will have to pair in midfield and Conte will have no major option on the bench.

Dejan Kulusevski has been starting on the right-wing since his arrival but there’s a chance Lucas Moura will come back into the starting XI at the 21-year-old’s expense.

Harry Kane and Son are obvious starters since, without them, Spurs are nothing but a mid-table team.
