Man United take on Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday and the Red Devils go into this game under some serious pressure.

Ole was backed by big signings during the summmer transfer window but his side have failed to hit peak for this season, especially at Old Trafford.

United have already dropped points in three out of their first seven matches and chances are that they could slip up once again this weekend.

Leicester are one of the stronger sides in the league but according to Michael Owen, Man United should see this one through. The pundit believes Solskjaer has the nack of pulling out a great result when his back is against the wall and the same is likely to occur on Saturday.

Owen wrote for BetVictor: “It’s been a difficult run for Leicester, and they’ve not won in the league since August.

“They’ve not played badly but are conceding too many chances and are still too reliant on the talismanic Jamie Vardy to get them goals. I’m confident their form will turn, just not here.

“I didn’t see United’s last two results coming. To pick up just one point from two home games to Aston Villa and Everton is disappointing and the pressure is back on Ole.

“Bruno Fernandes’ form has dried up, and Solskjaer needs to find a way to bring out the best of him and Cristiano Ronaldo.

“When the pressure is on, Ole tends to get a result. Leicester haven’t beaten United at home in the league since 2014, so this is clearly a good matchup for United and despite their injury concerns at the back, I fancy United to narrowly edge this.”

Man United cannot afford to lose any more points since they are just about holding onto the fourth spot. Also, this game marks the beginning of a really tough schedule for Ole’s side and a loss or draw here will make things even more difficult.

Leicester City themselves are hit and miss this season but Brendan Rodgers’s side surely have the quality to cause an upset on Saturday.

After the Leicester City game, Man United take on teams like Liverpool, Man City and Spurs so a win is an absolute must this weekend.
