The Indian Men’s National Football Team has reached a new high after they break into the top 100 in the FIFA rankings for the first time in 21 years.

The Indian team is currently ranked 100 alongside teams like Nicaragua, Estonia and Lithuania. This is their best ranking since April 1996 when they were also ranked 100.

The teams best ever ranking came in the month of February of 1996 when they were ranked 94. National team coach Stephen Constantine has done a brilliant job with the team since he has taken over the reigns.

India play a friendly against Lebanon on the 7th of June after which they have an Asian Cup qualifying match against Kyrgyzstan on the 13th of June.
