Jack Grealish joined Manchester City this summer for a fee of £100 million and according to Roy Keane, he has the perfect recipe for success at the Etihad Stadium.

Grealish has made a very steady start to the season with Man City, scoring one and assisting one goal in three Premier League matches. And according to Keane, the influence of Pep Guardiola should help Jack Grealish reach greater heights.

Keane said on ITV, as per MEN: “Unless the lad is brain dead, he’ll become a lot better player, he’ll become a team player, he’s gone to a great team working for a great manager.

“Interesting the money he’s gone for, but in the interview there, there’s potential.

“There’s a lot more to come from Jack, he was the main fella at Aston Villa, he won’t be the main fella with England and he’s not at Manchester City.

“But he’s learning. Loads of parts of his game have to improve, his discipline, end product – more goals but I think he’s gone to the perfect manager to improve all those aspects of his game.”

Grealish was phenomenal for England during the Hungary game and it looks like the huge price tag has had no negative effect on the winger.

He’s taken to the Man City squad like a fish in water and unlike other players, the 25-year-old and taken no time to find a place in the starting line-up.

Pep Guardiola has the tendency of playing with a false nine and if he repeats the same process this year as well then Jack Grealish will get the chance to play a major role in their title defence.
