Aston Villa star Jack Grealish is wanted by multiple Premier League giants this summer but as per Fichajes.net, it’s Chelsea who could get their hands on him.
The report claims: “Jack Grealish has long been considered one of the English footballers with the greatest future, the Aston Villa player having an extraordinary performance so far after his serious knee injury, which would have served for the 25-year-old to slip back onto the radar of one of the best teams in the Premier League such as Chelsea.
“The current Champions League champion seeks to continue improving the squad led by German coach Thomas Tuchel, and for this he would have thought of the figure of the British footballer from Aston Villa, who would also have recently been interested in Liverpool and Manchester City, being the Stamford Bridge box the main favorite today to take over his services for next season.”
Is Jack Grealish going to join Chelsea?
Apart from Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City also hold substantial interest in the Villa playmaker so this new development is sure to shake things up for the rest of the transfer window.
Chelsea have just won the Champions League so they have the power to attract the big names in European football this summer. But having said that, we doubt if Jack Grealish will choose a move to Stamford Bridge despite the European lure.
Right now Thomas Tuchel has a host of attacking midfielders and wingers at his disposal so the last thing Jack Grealish will want is to walk into a side where he has to fight for his place every week.
Chelsea have players like Mount, Werner, Havertz and Ziyech who all do the same thing as the Villa man so if the Blues are seriously interested in him then the 25-year-old will think a thousand times before joining them.

He will have to fight for his place at Man United and City as well but in these two teams, the competition will be much more muted and if can maintain his good form then he should become a regular starter in no time.
These are just initial days so Chelsea will have to fight long and hard before they can actually be confident about getting their hands on Jack Grealish, especially since City and United are not going to let go without a fight. Both the Manchester sides have money to spare so financing this transfer will not be a headache for either manager.
Jack Grealish had an injury-hit 2020-21 season but still, he managed to score six and assist 12 goals in 26 Premier League games for Aston Villa.
