The Blues have offered winger Kenedy in a cash-plus-player deal for Kounde but the Spanish side have turned down this offer also.
The report cited Goal: “CHELSEA have offered winger Kenedy to Sevilla in an attempt to finalise a move for defender Jules Kounde, according to reports.
“It’s believed the European champions have agreed personal terms with the Frenchman and are trying to negotiate a fee with the LaLiga side.
“According to Goal, Chelsea offered Kenedy to Sevilla but the Spanish club are NOT interested in the 25-year-old.”
This is the second cash-plus-player deal that Chelsea have offered to Sevilla, the first one being with Kurt Zouma. But, it’s being claimed that neither Sevilla are interested in this arrangement nor is Zouma ready to move to Spain.

Should they fail to secure his services for a cash-plus-player deal, Chelsea will opt for a cash-only deal in the coming days.
But as per the rumours, before the London side can make a move for Jules Kounde, Thomas Tuchel wants to sell one central defender and make some space in his first-team squad.
Several clubs have shown an interest in Kurt Zouma and if he is not ready to join Sevilla then Chelsea are likely to cash in on him and use that money to fund the transfer of Kounde.
