Juventus take on Chelsea in their Champions League Group H match on Wednesday and as per the latest reports, the Serie A side are going to be without midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

Juve beat Sampdoria during the weekend in the league but Rabiot did not play in that game due to an injury and the Chelsea game could also come early for him.

As per a report in JuveFC, Adrien Rabiot trained alone on Monday which has put heavy doubts over his participation against the Blues.

Rabiot is likely suffering from ankle problems so he now joins Dybala and Alvaro Morata on the injury list. Morata is out with a torn muscle and will only return to action towards the end of next month whereas Paulo Dybala should be able to recover from his muscle injury within the next two weeks.

Will Adrien Rabiot be a big miss for Juventus vs Chelsea?

After a really poor start to the 2021/22 season, Juventus have finally managed to get their act together as they have avoided defeat in their last four competitive matches.

Adrien Rabiot has played 302 minutes across four league games this season and if he is not available for selection then it will undoubtedly be a major blow for the Juventus manager, more so since Allegri is already without Dybala and Morata.

Bernardeschi played on the left-hand side of midfield during the weekend and if Rabiot is not fully fit then he will once again get the opportunity to start.

But Chelsea are a totally different beast as compared to Sampdoria so the manager might also look to hand a start to Weston McKennie or Aaron Ramsey.
