This summer Bayern Munich are willing to part ways with Kingsley Coman on a loan spell and right now, some of the biggest clubs want him on board.

Reigning Premier League champions Manchester City are seriously interested in signing Coman but Guardiola’s side are going to face some tough competition from Barcelona. SPORT is claiming that Barcelona are planning to make an offer to sign Kingsley Coman.

Barca’s move for Nico Williams is on the verge of collapse which is why Deco is out in the market looking for alternatives. And as per multiple reports, Hansi Flick is very keen to reunite with the Bayern Munich winger, a player who was key during his sextuple win in Germany.

Will Barca beat Manchester City in this transfer race?

Bayern want to get Kingsley Coman off their books so that they can reduce their salary burden and the fact that they are willing to accept a loan deal, is great news for Barcelona.

Barca are amidst a financial mess which is why they are struggling to go after their big targets but signing someone like Kingsley Coman on a loan deal with an option to buy will work perfectly for Joan Laporta.

Playing under a manager like Pep Guardiola will be a big thing to turn down but Coman shares a great relationship with Hansi Flick and Barca are banking on this factor to jump the queue and become the favourites in this transfer race.

Also, at Barcelona, Kingsley Coman will get to play a lot more game-time because he will be the first-choice left-winger while at Manchester City, he will have to compete against Jack Grealish and Jeremy Doku.

Will Kingsley Coman be a good signing for Barcelona?

Nico Williams is in peak form plus he is only 22 years old which makes him the ideal signing for Barcelona but it’s clear that the Catalans do not have the money to sign Bilbao winger.

A couple of seasons ago Kingsley Coman was one of the top wingers in Europe but constant injury problems have really hampered his career and last season, he played in only 25 games for Bayern Munich across all competitions.

Age seems to have caught up with the 28-year-old rather quickly but the French international can play on either wing which can be a big asset for
Hansi Flick, especially if the club end up selling Raphinha. Coman has played in 234 games for the Bavarians since 2017 so his experience will be a big help for all the Barcelona players who are about to start the season under a new manager.

Also, the fact that Barcelona will be able to sign Kingsley Coman on a loan deal without an obligation to buy makes this move worth very little risk.
