Kyle Lafferty to Rangers

There has been a buzz on social media after it was reported that Rangers FC striker Kyle Lafferty has sold off his Norwich playoff winners medal.

An item recently popped up on eBay which the user claimed was the playoff medal from Norwich City’s campaign of 2014/15 and it belonged to Kyle Lafferty.

Lafferty was on loan with Norwich during that period and the striker ended up playing 18 games for the club which meant he too received a winners medal.

But as soon as the item was listed on eBay, many fans believed that Kyle Lafferty has sold his Norwich playoff winners medal.

And as soon as word got around on social media a number of fans started criticising the fact that Kyle Lafferty has sold his Norwich playoff winners medal which in turn showed disrespect to the English club.

Now though, Kyle Lafferty has come out to defend himself claiming that he still has that playoff medal and has no plans of selling it in the future either.

The Ranges striker responded to a post on Twitter saying: “Don’t know how my name is mentioned in this but iv still got my medal and will always keep it with the rest of my medals.”

After Kyle Lafferty got to know the full details he assured his fans he will be taking action against this.

So it seems that the fact that Kyle Lafferty has sold his Norwich playoff winners medal was nothing put a false rumour.
