Lionel Messi has urged the Barcelona management to sign Chelsea’s Eden Hazard as the Catalans look to fill up the Neymar void. Barcelona are currently at the top of the La Liga table with 34 points but their attacking players are far from reaching their 100 percent. Barcelona lost Neymar to PSG during the summer and the Catalans are still trying to fill that gap. Valverde did sign Ousmane Dembele but the player is yet to reach his pinnacle after suffering from continuous injuries.
Now according to a report in the Don Balon, Messi seems to have suggested to the Barcelona board that they should target Eden Hazard during the summer. Messi is a long time admirer of the Belgian and his talents and feels that he will be the perfect fit alongside the likes of Suarez and Dembele.
Real Madrid up until now have been aggressively chasing the Chelsea star but now some reports are suggesting that the Los Blancos have shifted their focus to other players. And Messi feels that this is the right time for his team to try and bring the Belgian International to the Nou Camp.
