Liverpool picked up a stellar win in the Merseyside Derby beating Everton 5-2 in midweek and next up they take on AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Reds have been in trail-blazing form this season and the win vs their local rivals was proof that Jurgen Klopp can work wonders even when he chooses to rest the like of Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino.

Liverpool have won 22 of their last 23 matches in the Premier League and have scored at least 2 goals in 21 of these matches so there’s very little chance for the Anfield outfit to slip up here.

And if things weren’t already tough for the Cherries, Eddie Howe men have lost their last four Premier League matches and their previous win coming against Manchester United at the start of November.

Liverpool team news vs Bournemouth:

Jurgen Klopp chose to make a number of changes to his first XI during midweek but his backline remained the same. And we believe, the manager will not tinker around with his defenders on Saturday either.

Some reports though claim Dejan Lovren could make way for young Joe Gomez as Joel Matip is still recovering from an injury.

Fabinho is still sidelined with an ankle injury meaning Jordan Henderson will play as the deep-lying midfielder vs the Cherries.

Adam Lallana started a rare game for Liverpool in midweek but the midfielder is expected to drop to the bench as Chamberlain comes into the first XI alongside Hendo and Wijnaldum.

Xherdan Shaqiri had a great outing at Anfield on Wednesday but the Swiss will move to the bench as Mo Salah returns back to starting XI after being rested in midweek.

Sadio Mane had another stellar performance vs the Toffees and he is expected to keep his place in the first XI as Divock Origi should be replaced by Roberto Firmino.

Origi scored two goals for Liverpool during the Merseyside Derby and many pundits believe he should be rewarded with a start at Dean Court but we don’t think the Liverpool manager would want to take this gamble since they will be playing away from home.

Alisson has also served his one-match ban meaning he will return back to the first XI in order to replace Adrian in front of goal on Saturday.
