Liverpool faced yet another home defeat in the Premier League, this time losing 1-0 to Chelsea but they can get back to winning ways at Anfield if they manage to beat Fulham on Sunday.

Fulham have drawn 6 of their last 7 away matches and are currently sitting 18th on the league table. While their performances have gotten better over the past few months but we do not expect them to cause any major headaches to Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp is really struggling to keep things together at the club and this game against the London outfit could not have come at a more better time for the German manager.

Liverpool are seventh on the league table going into this match and they will need to pick up a win on Sunday to ensure that they do not fall further behind in the race to finish in the top-four. Klopp has some fresh injury concerns before this match but the quality in the squad should be more than enough to outclass Fulham.

Liverpool team news vs Fulham:

Alisson has been having a tough time, both on and off the pitch over the past few weeks but the Brazilian will once again start in goal on Sunday.

The manager has confirmed that Ozan Kabak has picked up an injury vs Chelsea and could miss the Fulham game meaning Fabinho will have a new centre-back partner once again.

Klopp has a few young defenders to choose from and it’s Nathaniel Phillips who’s likely to feature in the starting XI on Sunday.

Naby Keita was an unused sub vs Chelsea and many pundits thought he should have been used at some point in the match. There’s a chance that Klopp could use Keita this weekend but we doubt if the boss will want to break the partnership of Thiago, Curtis Jones and Wijnaldum.

James Milner is also back to full fitness and the experienced pro is another player who could feature against Fulham.

Sadio Mane and Mo Salah have been really poor during the second half of this season and they had another poor show vs Chelsea. But given the limited number of players in attack, Jurgen Klopp will have to name these two in the first Xi once again.

Roberto Firmino has been deteriorating with each passing game and with Diogo Jota finally back to full fitness, the Liverpool boss will undoubtedly be itching to drop Firmino to the bench and use Jota up front against Fulham.
