Leicester City are reportedly looking at Man United full-back Luke Shaw as a replacement to Ben Chilwell during the current transfer window.

Ben Chilwell has caught a lot of attention this season from a number of big clubs and as per reports both Man City and Spurs are eager to sign him up this month.

The England international has so far played in 18 Premier League games for the Foxes this season and Brendan Rodgers is trying extremely hard to make sure that the full-back does not leave the club during the middle of the season.

Up until now, everyone was pretty confident that the Foxes will be able to hold onto Chilwell but now all of a sudden it seems like the management are panic-stricken.

As per fresh reports, Leicester have made enquiries about Man United’s Luke Shaw who seems to have fallen down the pecking order at the club after the rise of Brandon Williams.

Shaw is yet to be shunned by Solskjaer but if Williams can manage to churn out such impressive performances then surely United will try and offload the injury-prone Shaw during the next summer window.

And it looks like Leicester are trying to bring in onboard this month itself – in case Ben Chilwell cannot be stopped from moving out of the club.

The Foxes have time and again maintained that Ben Chilwell will not be sold but now that they are making a move for Luke Shaw we are pretty confident that either Man City or Spurs have made approaches for the 23-year-old.

Leicester might be looking to sign Luke Shaw this month but given the fact that Ashley Young is set to leave the club, we don’t think Ole will sanction the move meaning City and Spurs can only get their hands on Chilwell at the end of the current season.
