Man City have maintained their push for the Premier League title despite Arsenal being in great form but they cannot afford to take their foot off the peddle because next up, they will take on Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

Manchester City travel to London to take on Antonio Conte’s side and they will have to make sure that they come back with all three points. Arsenal are five points ahead of them with a game in hand so Guardiola’s team cannot afford any more slip-ups.

Man City are undefeated in 29 of their last 32 matches in the league and when these two teams met last month, City won that game 4-2. The visitors will be the favourites on Sunday but anything other than a win will feel like a big disappointment for Pep Guardiola and his boys.

Man City’s team news and injuries vs Spurs:

Guardiola has quite surprisingly sent Joao Cancelo to Bayern Munich and this decision has come as a shock to almost everyone.

In the previous two matches, the Man City boss has been using a three-man central defence and there’s a chance he could repeat the same on Sunday.

John Stones picked up an injury in the win against Arsenal and if it’s a three-man defence then Kyle Walker should be coming in as the right-sided central defender.

Rico Lewis has been playing alongside Rodri in the deep-lying midfield but there’s a chance that Kalvin Phillips could come into the side. However, Phillips has played only three league games this season so putting faith in him will be a bit of a gamble.

Phil Foden is out with a foot injury but there have been hints that he could be fit for the Spurs game on Sunday.

Apart from these players, we don’t think the Man City manager is going to shuffle any other players, especially in such a crucial tie.

Man City predicted line up vs Spurs:

Predicted Starting XI(3-2-4-1): Ederson; Akanji, Walker, Ake; Rodri, Lewis/Phillips; Gundogan, De Bruyne, Grealish/Foden, Mahrez; Haaland.
