Man United midfielder Ander Herrera has reportedly agreed to join PSG during the summer which means Solskjaer will now have to look for a replacement.

While a number of players have been linked to the Premier League club during the past couple of days but one name that shines the brightest is that of 22-year-old Tanguy Ndombele.

Tanguy Ndombele currently plays for Lyon in the French league and during the 2018-19 season, he has been one of the key figures for the club in and around the central midfield area.

A number of top European clubs are said to be interested in signing the 22-year-old and amongst them are Man United.

Reports claim that Juventus are currently leading the race as the Turin based outfit are looking at a potential replacement for Pjanic – a player who could leave during the summer.

The same report also claims that while money is not the issue for United but one of the main obstacles for the Red Devils is the fact that they cannot seem to convince Ndombele about their club’s elite status.

Man United have been in the re-building phase ever since Sir Alex left the club and it is still not confirmed that they will be playing in the Champions League next season.

Yes, under Solskjaer, Man United have started performing much better but it looks like in order to bring Ndombele to the club, the first and the most basic thing that the Premier League outfit has to do is secure a UCL spot for the upcoming campaign.
