Man United take on Wolves in the Premier League this weekend and many there’s much reason to believe that the Red Devils might not be able to pick up a win despite this being a home game.

Firstly, Charlie Nicholas has told Sky Sports, that Man United have a lot going on both on and off the pitch which does not actually ooze out positivity and there’s every reason to believe that Man United might have to suffer a defeat on Saturday.

Nicholas wrote: “Manchester United are all over the place, though I applaud Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s personality and the way he handles the mayhem, even if I think he is overprotecting the players.

“Supporters being at war with Ed Woodward is utterly ridiculous but Solskjaer has done well to manage the pressure.

“I think he will get through to the end of the season – but not beyond, though. United beat Wolves in the FA Cup, but this is a different proposition.

“I think Nuno’s side will get revenge here.”

Apart from Nicholas, former Man United man, Michael Owen also believes the Old Trafford outfit will not manage to pick up all three points.

Michael Owen wrote for BetVictor: “Manchester United were very poor at home to Burnley in their last home league game and since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over as permanent manager back in March, his side have lost more league games (12) than they have won (11). That is a worrying statistic for any United fan.

“Wolves have conceded the first goal in their last eight league games but there was little between these sides in the two recent FA Cup ties between the clubs and I don’t think we will see many goals at the weekend.

“One goal might be enough to split the sides, but I feel it will be a point apiece.”

And this lack of confidence on Man United is primarily because they have looked toothless after Marcus Rashford picked up that injury while playing against Wolves in the FA Cup.

Ever since Rashford has been on the sidelines, Ole’s men have found it really hard to score goals and as things stand, the manager will have to rely on the Martial and Greenwood to find the back of the net for the remainder of the season.
