Man United picked up a rare away win during the weekend beating Southampton and they will now be looking to make it two in a row.

The Red Devils are back on the road once again as they take on Leicester City on Thursday night and a win in this match will help them move closer to the top four of the table.

Man United seem to have left their opening two losses behind them but they will need to be on their toes this week because Leicester are undefeated in their last five matches against United in all competitions. However, the home side are in really dismal form as they have lost their last three Premier League matches and are yet to win a game this season.

Erik ten Hag is finally making his impact felt in the team but they are still a long way away from how the new manager actually wants them to play. We saw glimpses of a possession-based style against the Saints and since Leicester are in such poor form, this midweek game is the ideal opportunity for the Red Devils to further sharpen their skills.

Man United team news and injuries:

Victor Lindelof is out with an injury so he is ruled out and since Lisandro and Varane are in top form, Harry Maguire will also miss out from the starting XI.

Malacia has been a class apart on the left-hand side but Man United will face Arsenal just three days after the Leicester game so there’s a chance that Luke Shaw will be coming back into the team.

Casemiro came off the bench against Southampton but it’s almost a given that the midfielder will be starting on Thursday, in place of McTominay.

Eriksen is expected to be rested because he played the full 90 minutes against Southampton and this will allow Fred to come into the side. Also, Eriksen needs to be protected for the Gunners’ match.

Ronaldo is still trying hard to move out and by Thursday night his future will be decided. If he stays at the club then he is going to lead the line because Anthony Martial is still out injured with an Achilles problem.

Martial is not expected to be fit in time and even if he is available, we think the Man United manager will protect him for the Arsenal game.

Manchester United have officially signed Antony from Ajax but the Brazilian is not likely to play against Leicester City because he won’t get his visa in time.

Man United predicted line up vs Leicester City:
