Man United got back to winning ways in the Premier League beating Crystal Palace as they played some of the most eye-catching football in recent times.

Things are looking really promising under interim manager Ralf Rangnick and the Man United players have managed to adapt to his high-pressing style of football after only a couple of training sessions.

Manchester United take on Young Boys in the Champions League this week and having already secured qualification to the knockout stages, Rangnick has the opportunity to test out the second-string players in the squad.

Villarreal still have the chance to go top of the group if United dropped points on Wednesday so the OT outfit needs to pick up at least a draw to hold onto that number one position. But Villarreal will be under even more pressure since if they lose to Atalanta they will fail to qualify.

Young Boys have already beaten United once this season but under Ralf Rangnick the Red Devils look like a completely different side. So unless there’s a major goof-up, we don’t see Manchester United losing this one.

Manchester United team news & injuries vs Young Boys:

Ralf Rangnick has immediately deployed the 4-2-2-2 system and we are pretty confident he will use the same formation against Young Boys as well.

De Gea will be rested as the interim boss will take this opportunity to see how capable Dean Henderson really is. The defensive line is also going to see some changes with Wan-Bissaka coming in for Dalot.

Raphael Varane is still on the sidelines with a hamstring injury and the defender is only set to return in mid-December. This means only one of Lindelof or Harry Maguire will get a rest.

Luke Shaw is still a doubt and if he is not fit then Alex Telles will have another chance to impress.

Fred and McTominay put in a fine display against Crystal Palace but one of them will surely move to the bench in midweek as Nemanja Matic comes into the side.

The 4-2-2-2 system actually allows Ralf Rangnick to use both Donny van de Beek and Bruno Fernandes in the same side and if the manager wants to give both Rashford and Jadon Sancho a rest then Donny and Bruno are likely to start together.

Anthony Elanga has surprisingly moved up the pecking order since Ole’s departure and it won’t be a surprise if he gets to start upfront since Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani are both doubts for this game.

Man United predicted line up vs Young Boys:

Predicted Starting Line-up(4-2-2-2): Henderson; Telles/Shaw, Maguire, Bailly, Wan-Bissaka; Matic, McTominay/Fred; Donny van de Beek, Bruno Fernandes; Elanga/Sancho, Mason Greenwood.
