Man United picked up a 2-0 win against Everton in the quarter-final of the Carabao Cup and next up they shift their focus back to the Premier League.

The Red Devils have been in fine form away from home and on Boxing Day they take on Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Man United have won their last 10 away matches in the league and going into this game, they are just one point behind Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Manchester United have kept a clean sheet in 5 of their last 7 matches against Leicester in all competitions and the kind of form they are in right now, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be expecting nothing less than three points on Saturday.

Man United team news vs Leicester City:

Dean Henderson started in goal vs Everton in midweek but he will be replaced by David De Gea at the King Power.

Eric Bailly will make way for Victor Lindelof in central defence but right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka remains a doubt for the weekend’s clash.

If Bissaka cannot be fit in time then Axel Tuanzebe will once again start on the right-hand side of defence with Luke Shaw operating on the left-hand side.

Scott McTominay is out with an injury and is not likely to be available for selection vs Leicester City meaning Paul Pogba will start. Nemanja Matic played in defensive midfield vs Everton but the Serbian should be replaced by Fred.

Daniel James had a fine outing vs Leeds United last weekend but the Welshman will remain on the bench against the Foxes as Mason Greenwood plays on the right flank.

Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford both came off the bench in midweek but the duo will get starting roles on Boxing Day. Edinson Cavani will drop to the bench.

Bruno Fernandes is a guaranteed starter vs Leicester City.

Man United’s predicted XI vs Leicester:

Predicted Starting XI: David De Gea; Lindelof, Maguire, Wan-Bissaka/Tuanzebe, Luke Shaw; Fred, Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes; Mason Greenwood, Martial, Marcus Rashford.
