Will this 21 Y/O winger choose a summer move to Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur?

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have made enquiries about signing Wolves winger Pedro Neto as their new manager Bruno Lage looks for a squad overhaul, according to 90min.

The exclusive report claims: “Wolves are contemplating whether to sell star forward Pedro Neto, with a number of top clubs from all over Europe asking about his availability.

90min can reveal that Wolves have been inundated with interest in Neto, with Liverpool, Juventus and Spurs among the clubs who have made enquiries.

“Wolves’ owners are open to letting any of their star men leave, though they would not consider selling Neto unless a huge offer came in.”

Pedro Neto off to Liverpool or Tottenham?

With Nuno Espirito Santo leaving, Wolves have put several players up for sale this summer and it looks like Pedro Neto’s name is also on that list.

Adama Traore and Ruben Neves are expected to move out and with Liverpool and Spurs both interested in Neto, the winger could also be cashed in.

Juventus have also shown an interest in the 21-year-old but we don’t think he will be too eager to move out of the Premier League. Pedro Neto spent two years in the Serie A with Lazio but he managed to play in only five games for the club, four of which came in the league.

The Wolves man plays down the left wing so he is not expected to be the first-choice winger at either Liverpool or Spurs. But given his age, the youngster will get a lot of time to shine.

Sadio Mane has been linked with a few clubs here and there so there’s every chance he could leave next summer. And in that case, someone like Pedro Neto could very easily dominate down the left wing.

Spurs are undergoing major rebuilding after the departure of Jose Mourinho so we don’t think the Wolves man will take the risk of joining the North London club right now.
