3-5-2 PSG’s predicted line up vs Bayern Munich: Will Hakimi be fit to play?

PSG suffered a 1-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 but they have the star power to easily turn this around when both these sides meet on Wednesday night.

Having said that, the French side head to the Allianz Arena for the second leg and Bayern are the force to reckon with at home. The Germans have not only won the previous two matches against PSG but they are yet to taste defeat at home this season.

PSG are once again leading the Ligue 1 table so their full focus will be on winning the Champions League(like always). Christophe Galtier knows that if his players can click they can easily dismantle Bayern but the Bundesliga side are in peak form right now. This one should be a cracking game to watch because both these teams are likely to throw the kitchen sink at one another.

Paris Saint-Germain’s team news and injuries:

Galtier will be without some of the big names from his squad, namely Neymar who is out for the next fortnight at least with an ankle injury.

Achraf Hakimi is still recovering from his hamstring injury and the full-back is not likely to be fit for the second leg this week.

Kimpembe is ruled out until the end of the season because of an achilles injury and even Renato Sanches is going to miss out.

Apart from these four players, all the other players are fully fit so Galtier shouldn’t have a problem naming a strong first XI.

The PSG boss relied on a 4-4-2 formation in the first leg but we are confident he is going to revert to his favoured 3-5-2 system at the Allianz Arena.

Verratti did not play in the 4-2 win over Nantes but he is going to come back into the starting line up to play alongside Vitinha and Fabian Ruiz.

PSG predicted line up vs Bayern Munich:

Predicted Starting XI(3-5-2): Donnarumma; Pereira, Sergio Ramos, Marquinhos; Mukiele, Vitinha, Verratti, Fabian Ruiz, Mendes; Lionel Messi, Mbappe.
