Cristiano Ronaldo has left Real Madrid after nine years with the club and joined Serie A giants Juventus in a whopping 112 million euro deal.

After the Champions League final win, Ronaldo had claimed that he might have to give a thought about his long-term future and immediately everyone was of the view that the Portuguese was set to move to the MLS – much like a lot of other superstars do towards the end of their career.

But Ronaldo shook the whole footballing world and chose to pick up a new challenge in Italy after conquering the Premier League and the La Liga.

While some people have been highly critical of Juventus spending so much money on a 33-year-old but Ronaldo’s move to Turin has mostly got positive responses.

And yesterday we had reported how signing the forward has helped Juventus in gaining millions of followers online as well as selling hundreds and thousands of shirts in just 24 hours.

Now though the big question is when will Ronaldo be unveiled by Juventus.

Nine years ago when Ronaldo signed for Real Madrid from Manchester United he was unveiled in a grand manner at the Bernabeu. And the Old Lady fans will be hoping that their club will do the same.

Well, there’s some good news and some bad news.

The good news is, Ronaldo is set to arrive in Turin on Monday in order to complete his formalities.

Here’s the possible schedule for Monday:

10:00 – Ronaldo is scheduled to arrive at Turin airport

11:30 – The 33-year-old will visit Jmedical to undergo a medical ahead of completing his move

16:00 – He will then visit the club’s training ground Continassa to be shown around

18:30 – The Portuguese captain will then make his first public appearances during a press conference at Allianz Stadium

And then in the evening, he will fly back to Greece in order to join his family for their vacation.

Now the bad news.

Unlike a lot of other clubs, Juventus will not unveil Cristiano Ronaldo in a grand manner because that is not how the club works.

One Twitter user revealed that the club have never given a special presentation to any of it’s past big signings and they will not do anything different for Cristiano Ronaldo.

So as things stand, Cristiano Ronaldo’s first public appearance for Juventus will be at the press conference on Monday evening.
