Tammy Abraham to Arsenal England

Chelsea have agreed on a deal to sell Tammy Abraham to AS Roma, amidst heavy interest from English clubs like Arsenal and West Ham United, according to Sky Sports.

The report claims: “Roma have agreed a £34m deal to sign Tammy Abraham from Chelsea, reports Sky in Italy.

“The 23-year-old striker must now decide if he wants to join the Italian club, who are managed by former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

“The imminent arrival of Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan is set to push Abraham further down the pecking order and all but end the possibility of him staying at Stamford Bridge.”

Will Tammy Abraham agree to join AS Roma?

AS Roma is currently managed by Jose Mourinho and just to sharpen their skills, any player would love to play under the guidance of the Portuguese.

But having said that, we are not sure if Tammy Abraham will be too keen to head to the Serie A, especially when two big Premier League sides are interested in signing him.

Kurt Zouma had earlier refused to join Sevilla in a cash-plus-player deal for Jules Kounde and there’s every chance Abraham will walk down a similar path.

West Ham United and Arsenal are both capable of paying £34 million for the forward but Chelsea have accepted Roma’s bid only because they wish to send him out of England.

But if Tammy Abraham snubs a move to AS Roma then Chelsea will have no other chance but to open the doors for the two London sides.

All this will also depend on how Arsenal and West Ham United react to this latest development. Will they try and throw the kitchen sink or will they accept defeat and pull the plug on this deal?
