Arsenal picked up a 4-0 win over Norwich City in the English Premier League on Wednesday and with that, the Gunners are have moved back to the 7th spot on the league table.

While they are still eight points off the fourth spot on the league table but picking up back-to-back wins in the Premier League will surely give the Arsenal players a lot of confidence boost going into the final stages of the tournament.

The Gunners were on the front foot from the very first minute of the match, and a combination of good football and some poor errors from the away side ensured that the Gunners did not have to break into a sweat.

Speaking after the match, Mikel Arteta explained his side got every plan of action right throughout the 90 minutes of the match.

“Yes, I’m very happy with the performance,” Arteta told Arsenal Digital, as reported by the club’s official website.

“For the first 42 or 43 minutes, we did everything we talked about, we were really aggressive in our high press. The areas that we won the ball as well allowed us to make quick attacks, in possession we did so many good things that we could see would work for today’s game plan.

“But then I didn’t like the way that we competed for the last two or three minutes of the first half and the first 10 or 15 minutes of the second half when we gave the opponent some gifts.

“That’s something we have to improve quickly if we don’t want to give the opponent any chances.

“Overall, great performance here and great to win three times in a row. The spirit of the team and everything is great, but unfortunately, we don’t have our fans here to enjoy it with them.”

Looking at it from a neutral perspective, Norwich City are the last team on the Premier League table so beating them is no major feat.

Arsenal’s real test will come during the weekend when they take on Wolves away from home.

Not matter what the result at Molineux, Wolves will remain above Arsenal on the table but if the Gunners can manage to pick up all three points, they will move one step closer to finishing fifth(a position which could guarantee Champions League football next season).

Also, after Wolves, Arsenal take on Leicester City, Spurs and then Liverpool all within a span of eight or nine days so if they fail to win on Saturday then the Gunners might very well be staring at a four-match losing streak.
