Harry Kane is doing super well for Spurs this season as well but multiple experts believe that he will have to join a new side if he wants to win silverware.

Kane has scored 17 goals and provided 13 assists in the Premier League so far during the 2020/21 season and clubs like Manchester City, Man United and Real Madrid are being constantly linked with a move for the England international.

The 27-year-old along with Son have been carrying Jose Mourinho’s side all throughout this campaign which is why according to Alan Hutton, Daniel Levy will make it extremely hard for all the potential suitors to get their hands on him in the next few months.

“The problem with Daniel Levy is he’ll have a figure in his head,” Hutton told Football Insider. “He will not move from there because he’s got three years left, he doesn’t have to sell him. He doesn’t need to do anything.

“He’s got all the ace cards, he’s quite happy just sitting there. He’ll say, ‘I want £150million and if you’re not going to pay that, don’t phone me back’.

“It’s going to weed out all the clubs that are going to try and get a Harry Kane on the cheap. I think there are certain players that it’s (the pandemic) not really going to affect if that makes sense.

“When you’re talking about the lower market, then yes, you can maybe get a deal but when we’re talking about the elite players, I still think that there’ll be a premium on them. Harry Kane’s no different.

“Whoever comes in to buy him, whether it be a Manchester City or that type of team, a Manchester United. I still believe they’re going to have to pay top dollar for him.”

Will Harry Kane remain unsold this summer?

Harry Kane has three more years left on his current deal with Spurs so in theory, Levy is in no hurry to cash in on him. But, in reality, Spurs have lost a lot of money due to the pandemic and there are fears that the club will have offload some big players to gather transfer funds for the near future.

And Levy knows very well how much Harry Kane can fetch in the transfer market with so many big European clubs interested in signing him.

The likes of Man United and Man City will be actively looking to sign a new centre-forward this summer and if they miss out on Erling Haaland then they are likely to shift their focus to the Spurs frontman.

Erling Haaland will be the top priority for all the interested clubs and if they are willing to spend 160 odd million pounds on the Norwegian then they will also be ready to splash that same amount of money on Harry Kane.
