Jose Mourinho tactics to be used in the FA Cup final?

Celtic and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Scottish international Ryan Fraser who has rejected a short-term deal at Bournemouth.

This rejection means the 26-year-old winger will not finish the 2019-20 season with the Cherries and is now a free agent. This season his form has seen a massive dip but last campaign he was in fine form for the Cherries but according to Frank McAvennie, Neil Lennon might not be too keen to sign the Scottish international.

McAvennie told Football Insider: “I understand what Ryan is doing by not saying anything but he has let his teammates at Bournemouth down. Managers like Lenny will not like that because he has left Eddie Howe in the mire, definitely.

“I understand he is looking after his family but listen, it is football, you can get injured. It is all about money and he must have made lots of money by now. He must be insured as well.

“There are a lot of players in England who signed until the end of the season and he should have signed that extra month so he could have played. I do not get it.”

Ryan Fraser will be a fine addition to the Celtic squad next season despite his recent poor form but if Lennon has other ideas then it’s great news for Jose Mourinho.

Spurs will be working on a shoestring budget this summer and a free agent like Fraser will be a really helpful acquisition for Jose Mourinho.

But ex-keeper Paul Robinson thinks Ryan Fraser might not be the perfect signing for Spurs since the winger will not get to play in his usual role at the London club.

He said, as per GMS: “Ryan Fraser is 26. He is entering his peak so he will want to play. I question whether he would at Spurs. Is Mourinho going to use him as a full-back?

“With Serge Aurier and Ben Davies, I struggle to see where he fits in. Without a doubt, Ryan Fraser will know exactly where he is going to be playing next season.”

It still remains to be as to where Ryan Fraser land up next season but since the player has already rejected a new deal, many people think that he’s already chosen his next destination.
