West Ham United are still busy signing new players and according to talkSPORT journalist Alex Crook, the Hammers could make a move for Ismaila Sarr.

The 24-year-old has been with Watford since 2019 and during this time, he has scored 24 goals in 93 appearances. However, with just two years remaining on his current deal, the Hornets are now willing to cash in on him.

Crook has revealed that Sarr is very much within their budget which is why West Ham United could make a late move for him.

Speaking to GiveMeSport, the talkSPORT reporter has said: “It might come down to the price tag, it’s around £30 million.

“Obviously, they were willing to pay that for Broja, so potentially they have got that cash. I think if that happens, it’ll probably be late in the window.”

Will West Ham United try and sign Ismaila Sarr?

Ismaila Sarr is a player of great promise and if he is really available for around £30-35 million then West Ham United can very well do with him.

The Hammers have signed Maxwel Cornet and Gianluca Scamacca to solve their centre-forward crisis and with a player like Sarr, Moyes will be able to really tighten up his forward line.

The West Ham United manager has been open about his desire to bring in further reinforcements so there’s every chance the London side will make a late move to sign Ismaila Sarr.

Right now, no other major club is interested in the 24-year-old meaning if West Ham can offer the right fee then Watford should have no problems in letting Sarr leave before the end of this month.

Leeds United have been linked with Ismaila Sarr in recent times but those rumours have not picked up wind.
