Manchester United keeper David De Gea’s current deal expires at the end of the season and the parties are currently in talks over a new deal.

A few months ago, reports had suggested that De Gea was ready to sign a new deal at the club but it’s already close to the end of the season but no concrete news has come out yet.

United do have the option to extend the deal for one more year but it is very clear that the management do not want to go into that situation.

Recent reports have that De Gea wants around 400,000 pounds per week as per the terms of the new deal which the club are right now not ready to accept.
